So you must be here for the sheer reason to know how to get free traffic, right? Well almost every other day this has been asked by all the budding webmasters and bloggers throughout the Internet. So what makes this post any different from all the other ones which are already available on the Internet? The only difference that you may find it in here is that these are all tried and tested either by me or my friends.

It’s easier to list out 99 ways to get traffic to your website. But trust it’s almost like a fairy tale to succeed following those methods. I will be listing certain dos and don’ts simply because you don’t want to mess up half way through after following a string of legit methods and suddenly pop-in a blackhat or the so called evil methods.  Certain decisions can make or break your website.

• Use Digg.com to submit your best posts and spread it to across your friend’s network. The more digs you receive the higher the chance of a huge traffic influx.
• Try Facebook if you have a lot of friends sharing the common interest. This increases the chances of receiving free and guaranteed faithful visitors. Once they like your website content they will most likely bookmark your website.
• Comment on other blogs similar to that of yours. Bring in some hot controversial subject in that particular topic.
• Create a video on youtube with keywords related to your topic or website with windows movie maker. This is because Google tries to pull up videos related to any of your keyword search on it. So this would be a sureshot that your website would be in the first page of the given keyword.
• Buy advertising banners from a related popular blog and also pay bloggers to write a review on their blog. Remember that the content of your website takes you places and it doesn’t matter how much you spend money on promotion.

It all boils down to one thing – Quality of your blog.
